There are 12 persons in charge, each of whom has graduated from a university, including 6 with a bachelor's degree, 4 with a graduate degree and an MBA, and 2 studying abroad. They have experience in managing large customer product development projects at home and abroad.

16 product development engineers; Among them, 8 graduated from the 985/211 electronics major, and 10 have a college degree or above. Their main engineers have over 15 years of experience in cooling, electronics, and automation industries, and continue to provide product research and development services to world-renowned enterprises.

To meet development needs, five factories are established in Hunan (headquarters), Dongguan, Cenxi, Yunnan, and the Philippines. There are more than 1000 employees, covering a total area of about 58000 square meters.
